How
Extreme Pace Handicapping Can Make You Money
In 1991 I started playing the pace picture way. It made such a difference that I have dedicated my handicapping life to it. This guidebook will show you what made the difference and why. It’s simple, really. I like to call it pace picture doodling. If you doodle it they will come: The Thief, The Clever Thief, The Carpetbagger and The Loner. I also intend to show you the secondary factors that will enhance or hamper your success. I believe the main reason handicappers fail to reach their financial objectives is due to excessive comparative handicapping - comparing one secondary factor or group to another factor to the exclusion of the environment from which those secondary factors live. For example, trainer/jockey stats might be indispensable to handicapping profits but if the Big Picture, the doodling, is not consulted losses mount up unnecessarily. I’ll show you why. You’ll learn how to label running styles that will produce the best results. There are over 50 examples to study. You’ll meet the four extreme characters, the Thieve, the Clever Thief, the Carpetbagger, and the Loner. And you’ll know how to recognize them in certain pace match-ups situations. You’ll learn to doodle pace pictures and why they’re so important. Here's a doodled pace picture that revealed an $82.00 winner: E/P6 You're probably thinking that anyone can see this horse is a lone front runner; it's obvious. That may be true but what the crowd doesn't see is what I call LE/Listed, the profile that brings in the boxcar prices. You'll learn all about it in Extreme Pace Handicapping. You’ll learn how to create a pace pressure gauge that will point you toward the pace match-up bias. You’ll learn when to eliminate an extreme character from further consideration. You’ll learn about the competitive speed figure range and when you can qualify a character 2 or 3 races back. The running styles, the extreme characters, the pace pressure gauge, the pace picture doodles, the competitive speed figure range qualifiers, the elimination factors make for a unique pace handicapping experience.
