The PA Daily Report was launched on July 1, 2007. At that time the report focused on odds recommendations. Through mid January those qualifiers numbered 258 and produced an ROI of +21.8% overall. The December and January ROIs listed below include all selections regardless of odds. February represents the new Confidence Rating approach (5/1 morning line and up).
